Who we are
Webtrix Digital ("we", "us") provides SEO and AI-visibility services to businesses in Ireland. For anything in this policy, contact hello@webtrix.ie.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us through our contact and enquiry forms:
- Your name and email address
- Your website address
- Anything you write in a message field
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare for a call you have requested, and provide services you engage us for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and the performance of a contract where you become a client.
How form submissions are handled
Our website and enquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes the request and sends the details securely to our verified email inbox. We use the details only to respond to your enquiry unless you separately ask to hear from us again.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
- We do not collect payment details through this website.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use it. Where any analytics tool requires consent under Irish and EU law, we will ask for it before setting non-essential cookies.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@webtrix.ie and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
